Booking Appointments Through Vagaro
To book an appointment, simply

4. Sign in or Create Vagaro Account
5. Fill out Client Intake Forms
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. A credit/debit card on file is required to book all appointments.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit & debit cards, FSA and HSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service. For package deals or memberships, please contact us directly. Insurance is now accepted, restrictions and co-pays may apply all insurance payments require prior authorization.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Holidays, Special events and Weekends require 48 hours advance notice. No-shows will be charged the full service amount and will lose booking privileges. Repeated reschedules or late cancellation may result in booking restrictions. Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your service will end at the originally scheduled time and be charged in full. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and cancellation fees will apply.

Age Requirement
Our spa services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Minors 15 years and younger require an adult in the treatment room at all times. 15-17 years old require an adult to remain on the premises at all times.
